On Healthy Food Day, students Al Hussan Model International Schools will dive into the world of nutrition by exploring the food groups and learning about the role of a balanced diet in maintaining energy and health. Through interactive games, food tastings, and hands-on activities, students will learn about the importance of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. They’ll even have the chance to prepare simple, healthy snacks and participate in discussions about making healthier choices both at school and at home.
