Sand Day

Educators have long valued sand as an important material for exploration, play and learning.

Kindergarten students at Ajyal Alhussan Intenational School enjoyed the Sand Day! They discovered the connection between the materials and the letter they were learning when making the sand out of Whole Wheat flour and oil. Children are encouraged to participate physically in play. Through exercises that improve strength, dexterity, and endurance, such as digging, burrowing, scooping, mixing, molding, pouring, and sifting, it stimulates the development of large and fine muscles, hand-eye coordination, and spatial awareness. It also pushes them to persevere, work hard, and be actively involved in worthwhile projects.

يقدّر المعلمون  الرمل باعتباره مادة مهمة للاستكشاف واللعب والتعلم. لذلك استمتع طلاب الروضة في مدرسة أجيال الحصان العالمية بيوم الرمال! اكتشفوا العلاقة بين المواد والحروف التي تعلموها عند صنع الرمال من دقيق القمح الكامل والزيت.

يتم تشجيع الأطفال على المشاركة جسديًا في اللعب من خلال التمارين التي تعمل على تحسين القوة والقدرة والتحمل، مثل الحفر والغرف والخلط والصب، فإنها تحفز نمو العضلات الكبيرة والدقيقة، والتنسيق بين اليد والعين، والوعي المكاني. كما أنه يدفعهم إلى المثابرة والعمل الجاد والمشاركة الفعالة في المشاريع الجديرة بالاهتمام.
