Investigators

At Al-Hussan National Schools – Rakah (International Program), our Grade 11 students stepped into the roles of young investigators during an exciting Crime Scene Investigation activity! As part of their informative writing lesson, students explored how investigation reports are a form of informative text used to present findings clearly, objectively, and systematically.

Through examining evidence, analyzing clues, and reconstructing possible events, students strengthened their critical thinking, observation, and problem-solving skills. They then transformed their findings into well-structured investigation reports, applying formal language, logical organization, and evidence-based reasoning.

By connecting academic writing with real-world applications, students discovered how inquiry, creativity, and critical thinking can turn the classroom into a space for exploration, collaboration, and meaningful learning.
