The school bus
service is an
extension of the
school environment,
and the same
expectations for
behavior and safety
apply.

Transportation & Bus Conduct

Safety & Students must follow the instructions of the bus driver and
Conduct assistant at all times.
Seatbelts must be worn where fitted; students should
Parent remain seated until the bus has stopped.
Responsibilities Aisles should be kept clear, and noise levels should allow
the driver to concentrate safely.
Misconduct & Respectful behavior is required toward drivers, assistants,
Consequences and peers.
The buses are equipped with monitoring systems and
security cameras.

Parents must ensure their child is ready on time for pick-
up and collected promptly at drop-off points.
Younger students must be received by a parent or
authorized adult; the school cannot be responsible for
children left unaccompanied beyond designated times.
Any changes to bus arrangements (e.g., a different person
collecting) must be communicated in writing to the
transport coordinator at least 24 hours in advance.

Misbehavior on the bus will be reported to the school and
parents.
Repeated or serious misconduct may result in temporary
or permanent suspension of bus privileges.
