Campus Access, Visitors & Security
The safety of our students and staff is our highest priority. To maintain
a secure environment, all visitors must follow the school’s access
procedures.
Visitor Procedures
All visitors, including parents, must sign in at reception, present valid photo ID,
and wear a visitor badge while on campus.
Visitors are not permitted to enter classrooms or student areas without prior
approval and escort.
Parents are requested to arrange meetings with teachers or administrators in
advance through the school office or Classera.
Unauthorized Visitors
Only registered parents/guardians and authorized guests may access the campus.
Unauthorized visitors are not permitted under any circumstances.
Emergency Procedures
During emergencies or drills, visitor access may be restricted. Parents will be
notified of school closures, lockdowns, or other emergency measures through
Classera, SMS, or email.
Deliveries & Contractors
Vendors, contractors, and service providers must follow additional verification
procedures and remain in designated areas.
