Emergency Procedures & Continuity of
Learning
The school maintains comprehensive emergency response plans and
conducts regular drills (e.g., fire, lockdown, earthquake, severe weather)
to prepare students and staff.
Communication
In the event of an emergency, parents will be updated through SMS,
email, or Classera. It is important that families keep their contact details
current. Parents are asked not to come to campus unless instructed, to
ensure safety and allow emergency services clear access.
School Closure &
Remote Learning
If closure is required, the school will activate its continuity of learning
plan. Classera and other approved platforms will be used to deliver
lessons, with schedules and expectations communicated in advance.
Reunification Procedures
When students must be released during or after an emergency,
instructions will be shared with parents for safe pick-up. Students may
only be collected by parents or guardians authorized on school records,
and ID will be required.
